Zoobe.ae – Refund & Return Policy

At Zoobe.ae, we highly value our customers’ trust and aim to make your shopping and supplier experience easy, secure, and transparent. If a product received does not meet expectations, this document explains the return and refund process for UAE buyers.

1. Return Period

Customers can return a product within 7 days of receiving it.

The return period starts from the day of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

The product must not be used or damaged.

Must be returned in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.

For Change of Mind, only products that have not been opened or used are eligible for return.

If the delivered product is different from the original picture or description, it falls under the Defective / Wrong Product category and is eligible for a full refund.

3. Non-returnable Items

Innerwear and intimate apparel

Used or opened products

Perishable items: food, dry fruits, etc.

Custom-made or personalized products

4. How to Return

Follow the “Return Process” in your Zoobe.ae dashboard or contact Zoobe.ae Customer Support.

Submit a return request with order details.

Receive instructions for returning the product:

Pick-up or Drop-off options may be available.

The Quality Control (QC) team will inspect the returned product.

Refund will be processed after QC approval.

5. Refund Policy

Defective, Damaged, Wrong Product, or Not as Described: Full refund + shipping charges

Change of Mind (eligible products): Only the product price will be refunded (shipping charges not included)

Refunds will only be processed after QC approval.

6. Refund Method & Timeline

Refund will be issued via the same method used for payment:

Bank Transfer

eWallets (PayPal, local UAE wallets)

Zoobe.ae Wallet

Debit/Credit Card reversal

Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days.

7. Return Shipping Charges

Return due to Zoobe.ae or supplier error → Zoobe.ae will cover the shipping charges.

Return due to Change of Mind → Customer will bear the shipping charges.

Products must be securely packed before returning.
